When can I retake the exam?
The retest process at Credentia ensures that you have fair opportunities to demonstrate your skills and knowledge if you do not pass the initial assessment. Is there a waiting period?
There is no waiting period to take a retest. You will be able to schedule your exam in the following scenarios:
- If you have received a failed result and want to retake the exam, you can do so by scheduling the same exam in the Credentia Platform. To know more about the number of allowed attempts for an exam, refer to your state-specific handbook.
- If you have applied for a grievance for the exam, you need to wait for your grievance request to be reviewed. You will receive the grievance review details to your registered email address. To learn more about grievance requests, see here.
