Reschedule

Can I reschedule my exam?

To reschedule exams online or at a test center, you must log in to the Credentia Platform.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your online exam, you can do so at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled exam time.

If you are unable to attend your exam at a test center, you must reschedule or cancel at least ten (10) business days before the exam date (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days).

Note:

  1. The availability of exam slots to schedule/reschedule the exam is at least ten (10) calendar days from the current date.
  2. If you do not reschedule or cancel within the required timeframes and do not show up for your scheduled exam, you will be responsible for the exam fee. Your fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a new exam date or transferred to another person.
  3. If you reschedule or cancel within the timeframe, there is no penalty, and your fee may be transferred to your new exam date.
  4. If your employer sponsored your test fee, you should inform them about missing the test or rescheduling. Let them know how you have handled rescheduling and when you plan to retake the test.
  5. If you do not report to the testing location or to the online exam on the day and time of your scheduled test, you will be considered a “no-show” and will not get a refund.

If you are a “no show” for two exams, your application to test will be removed, and you will need to re-apply.
