What fees and types of payment are available on the Credentia Platform?

Learn about what fees and payment methods are available on the Credentia Platform.

Payments must be made when scheduling an exam and, in some cases, when applying for reciprocity and renewing registration certification. The payment for reciprocity and renewal of the registration certificate on the Credentia Platform depends on the state in which you are enrolled.

To complete the payments, the Credentia Platform has multiple payment and voucher options.

Note: All payments must be made online using a credit card, pre-paid credit card, debit card, PayPal, or electronic voucher at the time of scheduling your examination. No form of payment will be accepted at the test site.

Fee Type

Exam Fee

When scheduling an exam, payment must be successfully made to reserve the scheduled slot. Candidates who received a voucher from a training institute or employer can apply it in the payment section while scheduling the exam. To learn more about how to schedule an exam, click here.

Registration Certificate Renewal Fee

For some states, renewal fees may apply, and it is important to check the state-specific handbook. For states that require a renewal fee, payment can be made through the Credentia platform.

Reciprocity Request Fee

Reciprocity fees are not required by all states, so it is important to check the state-specific handbook. For more information on how to apply for reciprocity, please click here.

Note:

Currently, application and payment for reciprocity on the Credentia Platform applies to Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and South Carolina. For other states, contact the respective state board (stateโ€™s Nurse Aide Registry) for additional information.
To find the respective state contact and other information: Go to credentia.com, click on the Find My Exam button to navigate to the state-specific page, select your state from the list, and then scroll down to the state information section to find the state's contact and other information.

Payment Options

Payments for any fee can be made using a valid credit card, debit card, pre-paid card, PayPal, or voucher.
