How can I renew my registration certificate?
Explore the Quick Help video on how to renew registration certificate:
To renew your registration certificate for Pennsylvania, Mississippi, the District of Columbia, or South Carolina, please log in to your Credentia Platform using your credentials. Once you are logged in, navigate to the registry section to complete the renewal process.
IMP Note: Renew registration certificate for other states
To renew your registration certificate for the rest of the states, you must contact the pertaining state board (state’s Nurse Aide Registry), as the Credentia Platform does not process renewals of the registration certificate for these states.
